The factory visit shows element conversion, semi-automated rolling, vacuum integrity testing and packing.

Quality controls
- Every element receives 100% vacuum integrity testing.
- 5% of each batch is wet tested for rejection and flow.
- Continuous audit cycles are aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Batch traceability
Incoming flatsheet is logged against its supplier and batch.
Every element carries its own serial number and is traceable to its lot.
Plant certificates
Both plants have ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE and RoHS certificates; Thailand also has Halal.
