8040 and 4040 seawater elements (SWRO)

Hi-Tech seawater membranes are spiral-wound thin-film composite elements in the two industry-standard formats: 8040 (8" × 40") for desalination trains and 4040 (4" × 40") for marine and small SWRO systems. High-rejection grades hold up to 99.8% salt rejection at 32,000 ppm NaCl and 800 psi (55.2 bar) test conditions. Every element ships wet-tested with a serial number and datasheet.

Parallel-Channel — Seawater · ZLD · DTRO Replacement

A spiral-wound parallel open-channel element engineered as a drop-in replacement for DTRO (disc-tube) vessels — rated to 1800 psi (120 bar) for seawater desalination, Zero Liquid Discharge, and high-TDS brine concentration, with high fouling resistance and low pressure drop.
