These terms apply to your use of hitechmembranes.com. The site is run by the Hi-Tech Membranes group: Hi-Tech Membranes Co., Ltd. in Thailand and Hi-Tech Membranes in India. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Product information is for reference

Specifications, datasheets, test conditions, cross-references, application guidance and other technical content are provided for general reference. Figures are nominal values measured under the stated test conditions; field performance depends on feed water, pretreatment, system design and operation.

Confirm the suitability of any element with a Hi-Tech engineer before you specify, order or install it. We may update specifications and documents without notice.

Quotes, orders and warranty

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Prices, delivery terms, returns and warranty are set only by our written quote, your purchase contract and the published Warranty Guidelines (PDF). Where these terms differ from a quote or contract, the quote or contract applies.

Intellectual property

The text, images, drawings, videos, datasheets and other documents on this site, and the Hi-Tech name and logo, belong to the Hi-Tech Membranes group or its licensors.

You may download, print and share our datasheets and documents unchanged to evaluate, specify or buy our products. Any other copying, modification, republication or commercial use needs our written permission.

Trademarks and cross-references

Other manufacturers' brand names and model numbers shown on this site, including on cross-reference pages, are trademarks of their respective owners, used for compatibility reference only. The Hi-Tech Membranes group is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. A cross-reference shows a potential match by size and rated performance; it does not state that two elements are identical.
